About Us

MISSION STATEMENT

White Springs Construction is the trade name for BFL Contracting, Inc., a West Virginia corporation formed in 2020. We are licensed as general building contractors in West Virginia, and as Class A building contractors, commercial and residential, in Virginia. We are also licensed to perform asbestos removal in West Virginia.

We were created due to the scarcity of qualified building contractors in the Greenbrier County and Allegheny County areas. It is vitally important to the well-being, not to mention the economic development, of a community to have competent contractors to build and renovate both residential and commercial structures.

West Virginia
Virginia and West Virginia

Our mission is simple. We strive to provide the most competent contracting services in the area, and to do so at a reasonable price and in a timely manner. Additionally, we operate completely legally unlike many self-proclaimed contractors. We are licensed, bonded and insured. Our employees are fully covered by Workers Compensation insurance. We will pull all required building permits, and we stand by our work. All of our work comes with a one-year warranty for labor. Most importantly, we are part of the communities we serve. Accordingly, it is important to us to do quality work for our clients and to support community causes and projects.
